1. Eligibility

- You may not use RealFrnd if your access has been suspended or terminated.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
2. The RealFrnd Service
RealFrnd provides a beauty and style content experience that may include viewing and publishing short-form videos, exploring makeup and outfit inspiration, saving favorites, managing profiles, interacting with creator content and using other features we make available.
Features may change over time as we improve the service.
3. User Content
You are responsible for the content you upload, post or otherwise make available through RealFrnd. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use that content and that it does not violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law or the rights of any person.
You grant RealFrnd a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, process and moderate your content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and protect the service. You retain ownership of your content subject to these rights.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
RealFrnd maintains zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not use the service to:
- Post pornographic, sexually exploitative, non-consensual intimate, illegal or fraudulent content.
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, doxx, impersonate or humiliate another person.
- Post hateful or discriminatory abuse or content that objectifies real people in a harmful manner.
- Promote self-harm, violence, exploitation, scams or dangerous illegal activity.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
- Spam users, manipulate engagement or interfere with RealFrnd’s safety or technical systems.
- Attempt to evade moderation, account restrictions or other enforcement measures.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
RealFrnd may review content and reports, restrict visibility, remove content, disable features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or take other reasonable action to enforce these Terms and protect users. Serious safety matters may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Users are encouraged to use in-app report and block controls when they encounter content or behavior that violates our rules.
6. Purchases and Digital Features
If RealFrnd offers digital items, subscriptions or other paid features, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are processed under Apple’s applicable payment and refund rules. Availability of paid features may vary by country or version.
7. Intellectual Property
The RealFrnd name, logos, software, interface and original service materials are owned by or licensed to Orvantis Technologies LLP. Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, distribute or misuse RealFrnd intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealFrnd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that all user-generated content is accurate or suitable for every user.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orvantis Technologies LLP and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of RealFrnd.
10. Termination
You may stop using RealFrnd at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or our safety standards have been violated, or where continued access creates legal, security or operational risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
