Purchases

If paid digital features are offered, we may receive transaction identifiers, purchase status and related records needed to provide entitlements, restore purchases, prevent fraud and provide support. Payment card information is handled by the applicable app marketplace or payment provider and is not stored by RealFrnd unless expressly stated otherwise.

Device, diagnostics and usage

We may receive technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, approximate diagnostics, crash information, security events and interaction data used to operate, protect and improve the service.

Permission-based media access

When you choose features that require them, RealFrnd may request access to your camera, microphone or photo library. These permissions are used only for the feature you choose and can be managed in your device settings.

• You can manage camera, microphone, photo library and notification permissions through device settings.
• You can use available in-app reporting and blocking controls.

• If tracking permission is requested on iOS, you can manage that choice through Apple’s system settings.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, policy enforcement and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.

RealFrnd is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to create an account or use the service. If we learn that a minor is using RealFrnd in violation of our rules, we may remove the account and related information.
