Delete your RealFrnd account

You can initiate deletion of your RealFrnd account from within the app. This deletes the account and associated personal information and user-generated content, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

Delete your account in the RealFrnd app

Open ProfileOpen the Profile tab in RealFrnd.

Open SettingsGo to Settings or Account Settings.

Choose Delete AccountSelect the account deletion option and review the information shown.

Confirm deletionComplete any reasonable identity verification and confirm that you want the account deleted.

Important: The live app must contain a working in-app account deletion option that initiates deletion of the entire account, not only deactivation.

What is deleted?

Account deletion is intended to remove your account record and associated personal data that RealFrnd is not legally required or permitted to retain. This may include profile information and user-generated content such as uploaded videos or other posts associated with the account.

If you cannot access your account

If you cannot sign in and therefore cannot reach the in-app deletion control, contact support@realfrnd.com for help restoring access or resolving the issue. For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account.

Subscriptions or purchases

Deleting a RealFrnd account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription if one exists. Manage any active Apple subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings before deleting your account.
